Register now for Bridges' summer "Off the Bench" Sports Camp (June 17-21, 2:00-5:15PM) and "All Systems Go: The Science of You" Science Camp (August 5-9, 9:00AM-12:00PM). From basketball and cheerleading instruction to interactive science experiments, there's something for all kids entering Kindergarten through age 12. Use YouVersion Live This Sunday

"YouVersion Bible" is a free application available for most smart phones and mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, BlackBerry, Android, Windows Phone, Palm webOS, Kindle Fire) that can be downloaded from iTunes or the App Marketplace (or wherever applications for your mobile device are available). Each week, we will upload our sermon notes, slides, and scriptures to YouVersion for public access. This allows us to further use and integrate technology into our reading and study of the Word of God.

Recruitment for Ushers & Welcome Team

Making a good first impression can have a lasting effect. Our Guest Services Ministry and Welcome Center Ministry currently have serving opportunities available. We need friendly people who can commit to a once-monthly position to get involved in ushering, greeting, and connecting guests to our church. Summer College Group

May 27, 2013
College students (anyone currently in college or headed that way this fall): Summer small group is beginning again on May 27 from 7:00-8:30PM at Ryan Shull's home. We will be having small group discussions, social events and service projects throughout the summer. Contact Ryan Shull (ryan.shull@connectbcc.org) for more information.

ManDay

June 1, 2013
All men are invited to join us for another ManDay on Saturday, June 1. We'll begin the morning with breakfast at 8:00AM, followed by our guest speaker, Jason Helveston. Jason is the lead pastor at Dwell, a multi-site church in San Jose. At 9:30 we'll head out to the activity of your choice - golf, hiking, cycling, a service project, or target shooting. The cost is $10 per person + any activity fees. Sign-ups are outside of the Worship Center after the services or by emailing bernice.gudgel@connectbcc.org. This is a great opportunity to get to know other men from Bridges, and to bring friends!

Salvation Army Spring Benefit

June 1, 2013
Bridges is hosting a spring benefit concert for the Salvation Army Sunnyvale-Mountain View Corps on Saturday, June 1, at 2:00PM in the Worship Center, followed by a reception in the Family Center. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children ages 5-14.

The concert will be presented by two wonderful prodigy pianists:  John Baeg, age 11, and Hana Mizuta, age 14. Both of them are students of Heidi Hau, and both have won an exceptional number of competitions. John has just returned from giving concerts in Korea, and will be attending a pre-college program at Juilliard School of Music in the fall. Come enjoy this fabulous concert and support our local Salvation Army Corps. Men's Prayer Breakfast

The Men's Prayer Breakfast is 7:00-8:00AM each Monday morning in Room 522. The men are going through "Reasons for God" and are always accepting new visitors. For more information, call the church office at 650-948-5698.

YoPros (Young Professionals)

Young professionals (20s-early 30s) meet every Wednesday evening at 7:30PM @ the Collisters' place in Sunnyvale to study the Bible, pray for each other and hang out! Times and locations vary June-September, so contact David Collister for directions or more info: david.collister@connectbcc.org.

Monthly Baptisms

Baptisms are held on the second Sunday of every month. If you are interested in being baptized, please contact Nancy Bilderback at nancy.bilderback@connectbcc.org or 650-948-5698 x138. Please let her know which service you attend and whether you would like Pastor Dave or one of the other pastors to baptize you.
